Our company is a specialized sales and marketing firm focused on creating cost-effective, target marketing strategies for destination based clients that generate accountable metrics and drive ROI through group/leisure bookings and special events. Our Team

  • TOM JARONSKI

    President & Golf Travel Specialist

    Tom is a graduate of Ithaca College where he earned his degree in Television-Radio Communications and a minor degree in Sports Management. He played on the golf team at Ithaca and remains an avid golfer and world traveler. Tom is a 30-year golf industry veteran, having held marketing and corporate sponsorship positions at some of the top properties in the space, including the PGA TOUR, NBC Sports, Golf Digest, Travel + Leisure Golf and the USGA.

    In 2008, Tom founded The Golf Connection LLC. Under his leadership, TGC has created successful destination events in Jamaica, St. Kitts & Nevis, and Mexico, and forged strong partnerships with resorts, media properties and golf associations across the globe.

  • MICHAEL D'AGOSTINO

    Tournament Manager

    Mike is a graduate of Niagra University where he earned his degree in Business Management and Marketing.  A scholarship athlete and 3-year Captain of the Purple Eagle golf team, Mike turned pro upon graduation to pursue a career as a PGA Club Professional.

    Mike runs TGC’s tournaments and handles our scoring and player handicap administration. He is a long-time PGA Member and Director of Golf at Penfield CC in Rochester, NY.  Mike has proudly held various volunteer positions with the Western New York PGA Board of Directors the last 5-years. In 2020, Mike became an officer when he was appointed Secretary.    

  • HUNTER BLOUCH

    Marketing Manager & Golf Travel Specialist

    Hunter is a graduate of Bryant University’s class of 2019 with a B.S.B.A in Marketing. His experience extends beyond the golf industry and into financial services, insurance, law, and landscaping.

    He started with TGC Sports in 2019 by assisting Tom and Mike on the 9th annual Admiral’s Cup. Hunter's expertise in marketing communications plays a part in all TGC Sports activities. His primary focus is on developing and executing year-round database management, email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and customized travel packages. At events, Hunter handles tournament management support, photography and operations logistics.

  • GEORGE DEGNON

    Tournament Operations & Golf Travel Specialist

    George spent 4 years at Colorado State University where he studied Health and Exercise Science. While being an avid recreational golfer, he also played on the CSU lacrosse team, as well as coached lacrosse for the local high school team. In 2018, George began working at an Accredited Association Management Company where he served in roles ranging from member communications to event planning and management.

    George joined TGC Sports in 2023 by assisting Tom, Mike and Hunter on the Jamaica Invitational Pro-Am Tournament. George's expertise in event planning and management plays a large part in the TGC tournament operations.
