Tuesday, April 20
Fly into Punta Cana International Airport. Private transfer to Casa de Campo, check-in and relax. This evening, enjoy the event’s cocktails and dinner at the Welcome Reception. Mingle with event attendees and be introduced to ClubCorp’s Chef of the Year finalists.
Wednesday, April 21
Enjoy a spectacular buffet breakfast followed by Round 1 of the group golf event. Guests will play each of Casa de Campo’s world-renown golf courses. Non-golfers can opt for a wide range of event resort activities. Sign-up to enjoy a special lunch, the first of five Chef of the Year inspired meals prepared by each of the finalists. The Chef of the Year guest chef will present a personally curated meal, cooked in tandem with the resort’s culinary team. Afternoon is at leisure. This evening, sign-up to attend the second Chef of the Year hosted meal for dinner, or enjoy one of the resort’s fantastic a-la-carte restaurants. All meals and drinks — all day and night — are included in your Chef of the Year Showcase resort package.
Thursday, April 22
This morning, guests will continue to experience all that makes Casa de Campo the Caribbean’s most complete resort. Sign-up for today’s Chef of the Year hosted lunch or try one of the resort’s many open-air dining options. Afternoon is at leisure again — head over to Minitas Beach for a swim in the Caribbean Sea or plunge into one of the resort’s two swimming pools that are open to guests. This evening, sign-up to attend the fourth Chef of the Year hosted meals for dinner or done on your own. .
Friday, April 23
Today, maybe opt to enjoy a relaxed room service breakfast on your private lanai. Round 3 of the group golf event will offer continued networking and friendly competition with other event guests. Sign-up to enjoy the final Chef of the Year inspired meal at lunch today. Afternoon is at leisure. Unwind at the Spa or with a few rounds of skeet or sporting clays at Casa de Campo’s world class Shooting Center. This evening, the whole group will gather on the driving range for a festive Chef Cook Off and night golf challenge. Each of the five Chef of the Year finalists will join Casa de Campo’s Executive Chef in preparing a signature plate for guests to judge. A full buffet dinner and open bar will be complemented by live entertainment and a variety of night golf skill shots for guests to take a swing at.
Saturday, April 24
After breakfast, guests can choose to sign-up for one of five signature resort activities hosted by each Chef of the Year finalists. Lunch today and the afternoon is at leisure. This evening, guests will enjoy a final Farewell Gala Dinner where the ClubCorp Chef of the Year will be announced and celebrated during a special Facebook Live media event.

Enjoy breakfast and morning resort activities before departing for the airport.
